As a business owner I learned how important customer service is to the overall success of any company,” Christopher explains, “After the profitable sale of the restaurant I started working for my uncle in construction and eventually started my own construction company, which I ran for 15 years.
During that time the New Jersey shore was recovering from Superstorm Sandy, I was busy raising houses in the Raritan Bay area. Over the course of the rebuilding I raised over 40 homes,” he continues. Christopher’s expertise in building, commitment to customer service, and steadfast management of the trades has positioned him perfectly as the company’s bridge between homebuyers and construction.
Many of Christopher’s colleagues as well as the homeowners at Raajipo describe him as approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable. He quickly earned a reputation for his reliability and willingness to help during any situation. This was especially true during the recent power outages caused by Topical Storm Isaias last month. Christopher was on site every day helping homeowners who lost power during the storm. He was able to coordinate with town officials and the electric company to provide homeowners with updates on when they could expect power to be restored.
Additionally, Christopher was on hand to assist the Raajipo team members in providing homeowners with food, water, batteries, and flashlights, which were staged at the model home at Raajipo. He is there for customers no matter the day, time, or circumstances. “My role is to exceed buyers’ expectations. As a builder, we promise our customers a home they are going to love.
