Greenville, NC (Merxwire) – The International Grief Institute, an education consulting firm that specializes in professional training and education resources for the funeral and bereavement industry, has recently announced a new online course that can be applied to Certified Aftercare Specialist (TM) training.
All funeral professionals are welcome to participate in this course. Online certification training starts on Tuesday, May 5th, runs weekly for 6 weeks from 6 pm to 8 pm eastern. This certification helps professionals communicate more effectively with customers.

Focused on increasing pre-need and at-need sales, the certification equips funeral professionals with the language, tools and practical methods needed to connect with their clients via a new approach.
Modules include how to build community connections, deal with compassion fatigue, and turn afterloss practices into a profitable revenue stream.
