Gold Coast, Australia (Merxwire) – Kate Miller-Heidke won first place in her semi-final and placed top ten at the 2019 Eurovision Grand Final with her hit song ‘Zero Gravity’, Kate’s masterful songwriting and ethereal voice will transcend HOTA’s stage.
Appearing with collaborator, Keir Nuttall – fresh from their success writing the music and lyrics for Muriel’s Wedding The Musical – Australian music’s brightest star will perform brand new versions of her most beloved material, including hits such as ‘The Last Day on Earth’, ‘Caught in the Crowd’ and ‘O, Vertigo!’, plus a sneak preview of her brand new songs.
Opening the show will be singer songwriter, Ainslie Wills, whose music is genre bending, unique and personal that it recently landed her a nomination for APRA’s ‘Song of the Year’ award and has seen her perform sell-out headline shows in Australia and the UK.

Presented by The Harbour Agency and One Louder, the classically trained musician – whose lyrics resonate with audiences all around the world – will perform the songs responsible for thirteen ARIA nominations in the last twelve years.
Famous for her intimate musical performances that effortlessly melds indie-pop, folk and opera, Kate is the only artist in history to perform at Coachella, the New York Metropolitan Opera, the English National Opera, and the Eurovision Song Contest.
Kate Miller-Heidke will star in a stellar performance unlinke any other at Home of the Arts on Saturday 5th October at 7.30pm.
